EventAIx provides AI-driven event planning, automation, scheduling, content generation, and advisory solutions.

AI Output & Accuracy: You acknowledge that the Services utilize artificial intelligence (“AI”) models to generate content, recommendations, schedules, and insights (“Output”). AI models are inherently probabilistic and may occasionally yield incomplete, incorrect, or unexpected results. You are responsible for evaluating, verifying, and testing the accuracy, appropriateness, and safety of any AI Output prior to reliance or execution.
Service Changes: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice.

4. User Content & Data Ownership

User Content: You retain all ownership rights in the text, images, schedules, data, or other materials you submit or upload to the Services (“User Content”).
License to Provide Services: By submitting User Content, you grant NAANDASH LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, host, store, process, modify, and display your User Content solely to the extent necessary to provide, maintain, optimize, and secure the Services.
Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Services may be used by NAANDASH LLC without obligation or compensation to you.

THE SERVICES AND ALL AI-GENERATED OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, NAANDASH LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

NAANDASH LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NAANDASH LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL NAANDASH LLC’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 USD OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO NAANDASH LLC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NAANDASH LLC, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

Your violation of these Terms;
Your User Content;
Your use or misuse of the Services or AI Output; or
Your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction: You agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Alameda County, California for the resolution of any disputes or litigation arising hereunder.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
